Why do I need to verify my identity?
Due to French legislation, we need to verify the age and identity of our customers. All licensed operators are legally obliged to perform identity checks to prevent identity theft and fraud.
To complete your verification, all we need from you is:
- An identity document (passport, national identity card or driving licence)
- Bank account ownership via RIB/bank statement
- A Utility Bill (Name, Address and dated within the last 3 months)
You’re required to do the following:
- Provide an age verification within 30 days of signing up – otherwise the account will be deactivated. After 60 days, your account will be closed if this isn’t provided.
- To verify your address:
- You can Upload a utility bill (not older than 3 months);
- We will post you an activation PIN code via mail, which once you receive, you will need to enter into your account within 90 days of approval.
It’s that simple! Once the KYC process is complete, you’ll be able to withdraw winnings and your account will be fully activated.
