TST completed the evaluation of the evaluate VS Technology Limited´s RNG on 5 December 2005 and reached the following result:

"The evaluation has shown that the RNG algorithm produces a statistically acceptable source of random numbers. Additionally, the software implementation of the RNG has been determined to produce outcomes that are virtually impossible to predict using external means the VS Technology Limited´s RNG complies with generally accepted industry standards for highly regulated jurisdictions, as well as with the manufacturer's specifications. TST believes that the mathematical RNG implementation the VS Technology Limited´s RNG is random and unbiased towards any particular outcomes. TST certifies the VS Technology Limited´s RNG for use within highly regulated jurisdictions."

"The University of Hertfordshire Statistical Services and Consultancy unit have been engaged by the Directors of Football 1x2 LIMITED to review the output of the RNG used at its gaming software.

Our responsibility is to confirm that the RNG Number Generator uses by Football 1x2 LIMITED produces numbers such that every number has an equal chance of being selected at every stage.
